About Wendy

My name is Wendy and I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade.

I have actively taken part in fitness since I was at school. Finding exercise has got me through some difficult times in my life, and it helped me stay focused. Now, I want to pass that lesson on to others.

Losing weight through Menopause and Perimenopause is challenging. It’s also a taboo topic that I am working to break. Now, I want to inspire more women going through the same thing to reach new goals they never thought possible.

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Pilates instructor, with many other fitness qualifications. I actively teach Exercise Sessions in Canterbury, Dover & Ramsgate but I also offer online Zoom sessions for those further away or who enjoy the comfort of their own space or in the gym. I also build workouts and nutritional plans for my clients and keep them accountable.

I am always updating my qualifications and I am currently developing in Sports, Coaching and Performance, and working with long-term health conditions such as diabetes, Cancer and Heart disease.

I love lifting weights and enjoy Yoga and Pilates. I believe that whatever your fitness goal I can help you. I believe that training sessions should be fun, social and with some laughter to motivate you.

Yes. You can still have a social life. Life is for living. We can develop healthy habits together around your schedules.
